Victorian Hall, Suffolk-Essex Border
This stunning Victorian Hall was completely re-roofed using New Grade 1 Cupa H12 Spanish slates, with new lead ridge, hips and box gutters.
We replaced all the original fascia, soffits and bargeboards, decorating with a white woodstain. We also replaced all the guttering and downpipes around the property. All the brickwork on this hall was repointed, which (although took a pain stakingly long time!) drastically improved the appearance of the property on completion.
